  • Police Complaint: You MUST have a digital copy (PDF/Image) of the FIR or Lost Report.
  • Duplicate SIM: You MUST have the duplicate SIM of the lost number inserted in a working phone to receive the OTP.

Device Information

Enter the mobile number(s) that were in the phone.

  • IMEI 1 & 2: Found on the phone box or invoice. If you don't have it, check Google Find My Device (click 'i' icon next to device name).
  • Brand/Model: Select correctly from the dropdown.
  • Invoice: Upload photo of bill if available (optional but helps).

Lost Information

Details from your Police Complaint.

  • Place & Date: Where and when it was lost.
  • Police Station: Select the station where FIR was filed.
  • Complaint No: Enter the exact FIR/Lost Report number.
  • Upload Complaint: Upload the PDF/Image of the FIR.

Owner Details

Your personal verification.

  • Owner Name: Must match ID proof.
  • Identity Proof: Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
  • Identity Number: Enter the ID number of the proof uploaded.

OTP Verification

Enter the mobile number (the one that was lost) to receive OTP. Note: This is why you need the duplicate SIM active in another phone.

Common Questions
